The building is fully air- conditioned and you can adjust the temperature individually in each room. If the door or the window is open the air –conditioner is not working.

We aim to satisfy the needs of our guests who require special diets, and we offer a smaller range of meals with our breakfast and dinner offer. If this selection does not suit you, please contact our colleagues in person on spot. We indicate possible allergens in our food offer. Our dishes are made of free ingredients, but not in separate kitchens and not with separate tools. For strong sensitivity, please note that cross contamination may occur. We appreciate your understanding of the fact that we can meet special needs only within certain limits.

In Szentgotthárd there are K&H, OTP and Erste banks, approx. 500 meters. It is possible to exchange money in banks and official currency exchange offices in Szentgotthárd.

Bathrobes are prepared in the room for our guests. If you need a different size, please call the reception.

For the maximum relaxation of our guests, our rooms are equipped with comfortable beds.

Our mattresses undergo regular deep cleaning, ensuring maximum hygienic conditions.

The playground in the garden of our hotel is equipped with a slide, swings and a climbing frame. Their use is only permitted under adult supervision.

Fire instructions:

1. Please study the emergency plan on your door.
2. Fire hydrants and extinguishers are available in the corridor. All our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
3. If there is an emergency the fire / evacuation alarm will start automatically.
4. If you leave your room always take your keycard with you. If the corridor is filled with smoke you may be forced to return to your room.
5. Walk to nearest emergency exit.
6. Do not use the elevators.
7. If the smoke is thick, crawl along the floor where the air and visibility are better or return to your room.
8. If you are not able to leave your room, turn off the air conditioning. The upheated door will expand to prevent to smoke from entering the room. If there are any gaps use wet towels.
9. Protect your head and the rest of your body with wet towels. The towel can also be used as breathing protection.
10.  Call the emergency crew’s attention by standing in the window and / or make a lot of noise to get their attention for help.

Broadband wireless internet (WLan) is available in the whole hotel. You can use the WLan without password and free of charge. Internet corner is at your disposal in the -1 floor as well.

• Regular laundry

Our laundry service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. You should leave your laundry before 9:00 am, in order to have it returned on the same day.

• Laundry and ironing service

Please make sure, that clothing is always accompanied by a list. The price list is by the laundry bag in the cupboard. To have your laundry picked up, please dial the reception or ask the chamber-maid.

• Dry cleaning

Dry cleaning does not take place in the hotel, so this service is available from Monday to Friday and takes 2-3 days to get the clothing returned. The hotel cannot be held responsible for shrinkage or discolouration. In case of loss, the hotel can only be help liable for not more than five times the cost of cleaning of the lost article.

• Ironing

Please call the reception. You find the price list for the ironing service and the bag in the closet. Please arrange your items to be ironed, fill in the list and call the reception. Normal ironing service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. If you deliver the items you want to iron at 9:00 am, you will get them back the same day. If you want to iron your clothes and need an iron, ironing board, please call the reception.

In our rooms the bed linens are changed twice a week (every 3 days). If you would like to change bed linen daily, please advise at reception.

In case belongings have been lost or mislaid please contact our reception. The hotel is not liable for any valuables left in your room.

Upon request on arrival and departure, we deliver to the room and bring our guests' luggage from there. Storage is available on request, please indicate this at reception.

Drinks and snacks are available in the lobby of our hotel all day. If you have any further questions, please contact the reception.

We would like to inform you that in order to protect our guests, our minibar service is available on request.

There are available free of charge in your room. In addition a public safe is available at the reception. The hotel does not take any responsibility for money or valuables left in your room. Should you want to store any of your valuables there, please inform the reception.

GUIDE:

1. Closing of the safety deposit box with a personal pass code
   Click the „RESET” button on the inner side of the safe door. When you release the button, a yellow light comes on and you hear two beeps – by this operation you cancel previously programmed pass codes.
2. Close the safe door and type in the code you have selected (minimum 3. maximum 8 digits). Press button „B”.
3. Safety Deposit Boksz Opening: Enter the secret pass code on the keyboard and then press button „A” or „B” – you hear a beep and a green light comes on. Then turn the scrolling button to open the safe door.

GOOD ADVICE:

When using the lock, you have maximum 5 seconds to enter the code digits. If there is a longer break, the safe closes automatically and you must restart the operation if you want to open the safe. Please leave the safe door open while programming the secret code.

There is a shoe polishing machine available in our lobby. In addition, we can provide a shoe cleaning brush for our guests on request, please contact the reception if required.

In the public areas and in the rooms of our hotel the smoking is forbidden by law. If you smoke in a non-smoking room we charge an extra cleaning fee of EUR 100,-. The smoking area is in the front of the main entrance, on the parking area, and at the terrace by the Bar.

You will be able to use the facilities and services only with the electronic watches you will recieve at the hotel reception. Unlimited access is granted between the hotel and the SPA during the opening times. The amount of the different services you use in the SPA will be automatically charged to your room account. Please present your watch to accept the transaction.

We ask our Guests to hand over the watches to our reception colleagues upon check-out. In the event of failure/loss, we charge a compensation fee of HUF 2,500 / watch.

The entrace to the Szentgotthárd Spa & Wellness is valid from the time of check-in 3:00 p.m. until check-out 11:00 a.m. The spa is connected with the Gotthard Therme Hotel & Conference through a corridor. Certain services of the thermal bath are available at an additional cost:

The sauna is an undraped area. You will recieve sauna clothes from the SPA staff (subject to availability). The attendance on programmes held in the sauna is possible against a certain charge. According to this please purchase the sauna entry ticket at the wellness reception. Entry over the age of 15 only.

If you choose to reach your room by using stairs you can find the public staircase next to the elevator.

Souvenirs are available next to the reception desk on a glass shelf. You will find merchandise and handcrafted products from Őrség.

In the room there is one shower mat, one hand towel and one bath towel for each person. We check and change the towels in the rooms daily. For the Environment: If you are happy to use your towels agan, please leave them on the towel rack. If you wish your towels to be changed daily, please leave them ont he bath floor. Towels are changed 2 times a week, if you want a daily change, please contact the reception.
