Excessive noise from the gaming rooms, which is transmitted to the hotel lobby - evening sitting with music.

Slightly disappointed.

Maybe I expected more, but I am slightly disappointed. Overall, all is Ok but some little things spoil the whole impression - no option for SPA if you arrive early, spacey room but pointless layout, especially for bathroom. No power sockets for notebook on the table. Semi broken furniture - all works but not so good. Maybe it is because low season. Anyway, my expectation from 4 star hotel was higher.

Air Condition & Towels

We generally had a very good stay. Our first time at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very very good and I would highly compliment. However, the air conditioning in the room should be investigated. The room did not cool sufficiently especially with the excessive heat we experienced during the stay. The maintenance person who checked said it was not a room but facility issue. Additionally, the hotel would benefit from investment in better towels for the guest rooms. They seemed very thin and old.
